What Makes Your Website Work?

Why are blogs so attractive?  Because they’re SIMPLE.  Too many company websites essentially vomit everything they do all over the internet, making their site useless to the customer, or potential customer.  Put yourself in your customer’s shoes.  Why would you come to your website?  How will that create any value in YOUR company.  What does your site have to offer the visitor, besides telling them everything that you do or make?  I’ve taught hundreds of salespeople that it’s not about what YOU do, it’s about the customer’s business, and how YOU can help THEM.  Your website should be seen no different.  B2B ranks the top 10 websites in terms of ease of navigation and utility.  Now THIS is a useful story:
